1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Simply Naturopathics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, enrolling in a program, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as ours, and ensure services are delivered in a professional, ethical, and transparent manner.

  • We do not diagnose disease.
  • We do not provide emergency medical care.
  • You are encouraged to maintain an ongoing relationship with your GP or relevant medical provider.
  • Information provided during consultations is educational and supportive in nature and intended to assist with informed decision-making.

No guarantee of results is made. Outcomes vary based on individual physiology, consistency, and capacity.

4. Eligibility and client responsibility

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

Appointments may be booked via the online booking system or by direct arrangement.

  • Appointment availability is limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
  • Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full fee being charged.
Late arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shortened consultation to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full fees apply.

7. Structured programs: Foundations First & The Resilience Method

Program nature

These are structured, time-bound care programs involving preparation, planning, and reserved clinical capacity.
Once enrolled:

  • Clinical preparation begins immediately.
  • Program resources and scheduling are allocated to you.

Consultations within these programs must be used within three (3) months of the initial consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to expiry.
Unused consultations expire after this period and are non-refundable.

Refund policy

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once a program or appointment has been booked or commenced.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Payment plans

Where payment plans are offered:

  • Instalments remain payable according to the agreed schedule.
  • Withdrawal does not cancel remaining instalment unless agreed in writing.
Continuity of care

To ensure clarity and safety of treatment, programs may be paused or discontinued at our discretion if a client chooses to work simultaneously with another naturopath or practitioner providing similar services.
Unused consultations remain subject to the program validity period and refund policy.

8. Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA)

Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (FBCA) is offered as part of structured care programs.
For existing clients, FBCA review may be offered where clinically appropriate and at our discretion.

9. Testing and external services

Where third-party testing is recommended:

  • Testing costs are payable directly by the client unless stated otherwise.
  • We do not control external laboratories.
  • Results are interpreted within the scope of naturopathic practice.

10. Supplement and product purchases

Supplements are recommended based on presentation at the time of consultation.

  • Results may vary.
  • Products are non-refundable unless faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Simply Naturopathics is not responsible for adverse outcomes where products are taken outside prescribed directions or combined with unadvised products.

11. Communication outside consultations

Between consultations, brief administrative or clarification questions may be directed via email or the Client Portal.

  • Response time is up to two (2) business days during clinic hours.
  • Clinical advice, treatment adjustments, or complex discussions are addressed within scheduled consultations.
  • Simply Naturopathics does not provide after-hours or emergency support.
