How it works



What to expect after you book
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your appointment details and an intake form attached. Please complete the form before your consultation — the more detail you provide, the more useful your first appointment will be. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder.
Three days before your appointment, you’ll receive a reminder by email and text. The reminder email includes a link to cancel or reschedule if you need to — please use that in the first instance rather than emailing directly, as it keeps things moving smoothly on both ends.
Cancellation policy
I ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. The reminder email sent three days before your appointment includes a self-serve link to make changes within that window. Late cancellations and missed appointments cannot be refunded.
