Work with Tania

Structured, evidence-informed care for women in perimenopause and midlife who are done with being told their results are normal. If your energy, weight, sleep, or digestion have shifted and nothing you’ve tried has made a lasting difference, this is where to start.

I work with women navigating perimenopause and midlife whose blood tests come back normal, but whose bodies are telling a different story. Women who want a thorough clinical assessment and a plan that actually reflects what’s going on, not a generic protocol.

This is not a quick-fix practice. If you’re looking for a 10-day reset, I’m not the right fit. If you’re ready for structured, sequenced care that addresses what’s actually driving your symptoms, read on.

Is this the right fit?

  • Your weight, sleep, or energy have shifted and haven’t responded to what you’ve already tried
  • You’ve been told your results are normal but still don’t feel right
  • You want a thorough clinical assessment, not a generic protocol
  • You’re navigating perimenopause or post-menopause and want someone who works in this space regularly
  • You have a recent diagnosis and want to understand what it means for your body beyond a 12-minute appointment
  • You want to understand the reasoning behind every recommendation, not just be handed a supplement list

It’s probably not the right fit if you’re looking for a quick fix, a single-session solution, or validation of a protocol you’ve already decided on. Structured, evidence-informed care takes time, and it works best when you’re ready to engage with the process.

How it works

Clarity Call - Simply Naturopathics Rutherglen

Clarity Call — complimentary
10 minutes

Not sure if this is the right approach for you? Start here.

The Clarity Call is a short phone conversation. No assessment, no clinical advice. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, explain what you’re dealing with, and understand whether my approach is a good fit before you commit to anything.

I’ll call you at your scheduled time.

Initial Clinical Assessment - Simply Naturopathics Rutherglen

Initial Clinical Assessment — $220
60–75 minutes

This is the starting point for your care.

I take a thorough history covering your symptoms, timeline, diet, lifestyle, and any recent blood test results. The more complete the picture, the more precise your care from the outset.

About your blood tests

If you have recent pathology, ideally within the last 3-6 months, bring it. Results from the past three months give the clearest picture of where your health is right now. Older results are still useful. They can reveal patterns over time and help identify what may have shifted and when.

If you don’t have current blood tests, there are two options. You can request updated testing through your GP before your appointment, or I can arrange testing through i-Screen. Once organised, i-Screen will email you an invoice directly. After payment, they’ll send a request form for you to take to your nearest Dorevitch pathology centre for the blood draw. The most comprehensive panel I use is the Metabolic Balance Panel with Vitamin D, which costs $195 through i-Screen.

Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis

During your consultation, we’ll discuss whether Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis is appropriate for your situation. This is a clinical review of your pathology that goes beyond standard reference ranges. It looks at where your results sit in relation to optimal function, not just the threshold between normal and abnormal. For most women, it meaningfully changes the depth and precision of their care. If it’s relevant for you, we’ll arrange it together during the appointment.

Available in person at my Rutherglen clinic, at The Bridge of Health in Yarrawonga, or via telehealth anywhere in Australia.

Follow-up consultation - Simply Naturopathics Rutherglen

Follow-up Consultation — $150
30–45 minutes

Follow-ups are structured and intentional, not open-ended check-ins.

Together we review your progress, assess your response to your treatment plan, and refine your next stage of care. How frequently we meet depends on the complexity of what we’re working through and how actively you’re implementing your plan between sessions. I’ll outline a recommended schedule as part of your first consultation.

Where clinically indicated, I can arrange or interpret specialist testing beyond standard pathology. These are directed by your clinical assessment, not offered as a default.

Testing options include:

  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) via Vively: for blood sugar patterns, metabolic flexibility, and insulin response
  • Microbiome analysis via Microba: for gut health, diversity, and functional assessment
  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) via Interclinical Laboratories: for mineral status, heavy metal load, and adrenal patterns

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your appointment details and an intake form. Please complete the form before your consultation. The more detail you provide, the more useful your first appointment will be. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your junk folder.

Three days before your appointment, you’ll receive a reminder by email and text. The reminder email includes a link to cancel or reschedule if you need to. Please use that in the first instance rather than emailing directly, as it keeps things moving smoothly on both ends.
